How are master deliverables provided?
Final assets are delivered via encrypted cloud transfer with archival backups maintained for 12 months.
All final files are delivered via secure private cloud links:
- Photography: Full-resolution 16-bit TIFF masters, sRGB web-optimized JPEGs, and print-ready files.
- Film & Video: Apple ProRes 422 HQ / 4444 master files alongside H.264 / H.265 optimized delivery files for digital channels.

How do revision cycles work?
We include two dedicated revision passes in every standard scope to ensure the final deliverable exceeds expectations.
Our structured revision process guarantees clarity:
- Rough Cut / First Selects: Review of narrative structure and photographic selects.
- Final Polish: Fine-tuning of grading, micro-timing, typography and audio balance.
- Final Approval: Deliverables are rendered in master ProRes, Web and social formats.

What are the typical project timelines?
Production schedules depend on scale, from 5 days for short-form content to 4-6 weeks for full-scale commercial campaigns.
Production timelines vary according to complexity:
- Photography & Editorial: 5 to 10 business days from shoot to color-graded master delivery.
- Commercial Films & Brand Narratives: 3 to 6 weeks, covering storyboard approval, casting, filming, editorial offline and final color finishing.
- Branding & Creative Direction: 4 to 8 weeks through conceptual exploration and brand guideline delivery.
Rush turnarounds are available upon advance agreement.
